Welcome Spring!

It was after much of waiting and extended winter, I was able to enjoy a good spring day today at this part of the world.  Picture perfect day!

I clicked a picture (above) during the lunch break. It appeared to me like nature is offering a lovely yellow floral arrangement for all the hard work during winter! What a warm reception!! I feel so happy to have received it from mother earth.

Idea to Work

iPad and iPhone was just an idea 8 years ago.  Google was just an idea 15 years ago. Facebook was just an idea 9 years ago. Common thing with all the above success stories is that they all had a strong conviction about it and went ahead putting in their best to make it work. Tons of criticisms, financial troubles, marketing issues and what not..  They did not stop. 

That is the very reason we say execution is one of the keys in marriage with ideas. When they combine their blends, dreams come true. You stay full course with your idea and see to that it is executed at the right time (yeah timing is critical !). We are convinced that age is just a number when success from Generation Y ramps up the enterprise success across the world. I keep saying this friends, we are in a talent age now. Whoever has talents and ideas prevail and succeed. Finding right partners to execute these idea will go long way in deciding future success.

So, Get out. Don’t rule out your ideas. Find a partner to execute it and go places and heights!

Snow or Shine

Whenever I go to Walmart I see this older gentleman. He shows no emotion or expression on his face. He is the one who backs up all the shopping carts spread all over the parking lot.

It is snowing heavily today. I saw him doing his job as like he is unaware of snow scenario.

I have seen him in hot afternoons of summer also backing up the shopping cart when mercury touches like 90 or 100 plus degrees. He is unaware of the sun.

Most of us have indoor jobs. Still .. Why do we complain about weather. Cleaning up the car for 5 minutes from snow etc. I think we have an option to complain and the man who backs up the cart doesn’t.

He has been eye opener for me as I have been sharing this inspirational story with all my friends.

Hard work is the royal road to success! Snow or Shine!
